During our coaching sessions you identified that I was doing it and then you helped me to recognize it as well. You taught me how to replace my negative self talk with positive self talk. * "Before coming I had pain when walking and especially when going up and downstairs. I was struggling with weight loss and not really happy about any of it.  I really like the understanding you bring to out sessions and your vast knowledge about hormones menopause and what lab results really mean. 
 I gained confidence to advocate for myself and go back to a menopause clinician who understands what lab results are normal for me and feel much better because of that. I have lots to work on but I’m not as overwhelmed since everything has been broken down in to baby steps that seem doable. 
 I am working on self love and care. It is really hard. I need to remember this is a trip not a destination and and keep putting one foot in front of the other. 
 I can’t think of anyone who wouldn’t benefit from your coaching because none of us are without some sort of health and wellness challenge.

* "Wellness coach? What is a wellness coach? Who needs a wellness coach? What does a wellness coach do? What am I going to do with a wellness coach?  
I found an answer to every one of these questions in Debra Cuthill. Debra is an incredible wellness coach, and I am becoming a healthier, happier person as a result of my time with Debra.  
When I started with Debra, I had been taking a semaglutide for approximately 3 months with some success, but I was discouraged and overwhelmed. With Debra’s gentle questioning and meaningful suggestions, I have begun to develop confidence in my wellness journey.  
Debra has a unique method of questioning that allows me to feel at ease and answer questions in a nonthreatening, productive manner. From the questions and my answers, we have been able to set simple, achievable goals. Each meeting Debra checked in with how I was doing with the goals.  
Debra is very different in her approach in checking-in on my goals. My goals, success or shortfalls were not the primary focus of her check-in. Debra talked with me in terms of what I did and how my daily life was going. She did not ask me if I achieved my goal or not. As we talked about my routine, we made realistic adjustments to help me move forward in my daily life.  
The goals that I developed were uniquely developed for me with what I have. The best way to understand this is to give an example. Currently, I have my adult children, their spouses and their newborn babies living with me. My life is wonderfully chaotic but hectic and overwhelming at times. Debra listened to this and realized I could use this time to help me with the goal of strength training. Debra suggested that I use the babies as a part of my exercise routine. This was genius! She suggested that I do simple squats by standing up and down from the chair that I am sitting in while holding a baby. I love it! I can do this! I can do this multiple times a day. I have been successful without even trying.  
I have worked with other professionals in coaching capacities, and I have made some progress. However, after working with Debra I can say that I have had success; but my success with Debra has been quite different. With Debra I am actually feeling successful and easily using what Debra has helped me implement for myself.  
Am I done? No, I am far from done. For the first time ever though I feel in control of what I am doing and in my own wellness. Debra has given me skills that are working for me and she is still beside me, guiding me to keep myself engaged with what I want. I am becoming better for myself, by myself but not alone. I have a coach who is invested in me for me not a win or to add another win in her column.  
I highly recommend Debra as a coach if you are willing to be open to be nurtured and guided in what you want, not for someone to tell you what to do. I am looking forward to the continuation of my journey with Debra’s amazing support. I am thankful and grateful to have Debra Cuthill as my wellness coach. " 
 
* "I would like to share my recent experience with Debra Cuthill, who has coached me in dealing with life-changing events. I have been dealing with several major decisions and upcoming issues that I needed to bring to a conclusion. I found myself floundering around with too many variables that made it difficult to focus on any single issue.
My first session, which I was assured was completely confidential, was very directed toward my life and overall well-being based on a comprehensive preliminary questionnaire I completed. We jointly explored goals, visions, and improvements in my life as well as my current health situation.
After a few minutes of venting a number of my issues, we then found where I want to be in the future. I felt very comfortable sharing my concerns and vision with Debra, as well as things that give me energy and happiness. I found it extremely easy to discuss any issues that came up. Also, I became more self-directed on what I needed to do myself rather than trying to get all the answers from Debra. She has a way of turning your questions back on you to answer for yourself!
We came up with a list of co-created goals and celebrated many recent wins in my life. Following the session, I was provided with a very comprehensive summary of our discussion that I frequently refer to in order to stay in focus. In our subsequent sessions, we are dealing with specific plans to attain these goals and wins in the future.
I would definitely recommend Debra for coaching in unlimited areas of life and problem resolution. This could include health, financial, personal or any number of subjects.
